CPSC says product could choke infants. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) said it asked T&L Trading Corp. of Brooklyn, N.Y. to recall a dangerous baby pacifier but the company refused. The CPSC has now issued a warning to parents and caregivers to avoid the product and to take it away from children now using it.
