* Do you have ideas to attract and keep the youth in the Syracuse area? Market the positive aspects of living in Central New York such as recreational activities, cultural events, and affordable housing. Entice businesses with tax incentives to invest in the Central New York area and create job opportunities for our youth.

* Where do you see the community and yourself in the next 10 years? I see Central New York continuing to be a great place to live, work, and raise a family. I see myself very involved with my children's education and activities, while continuing to be active in the community.

* Who has been the most influential person in your career? My parents (Phil and Lorraine Zollo) have been the most influential people in my career. They showed me the value and rewards of a hard-work ethic.

* What is your best career decision? Accepting a position at TFG CPAs five years ago. Working at TFG CPAs has afforded me the ability to balance being part of a successful organization and being involved in the community, while enjoying a rewarding family and social life.

* How is your life different than imagined? With three young children, life is busier and more rewarding than I ever imagined.

* What is your motto? Nothing in life is promised to you. You make choices, work hard, and earn everything you receive.
