Two mobilized Army National Guard soldiers died in November of wounds suffered while supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom, according to Defense Department casualty reporting.

* Spc. Ashley Sietsema, 20, of Melrose Park, III., died Nov. 12 in Kuwait City, Kuwait, of injuries suffered in a vehicle accident.

She was a member of the Illinois Army National Guard's 708th Medical Company, 108th Medical Battalion, 108th Sustainment Brigade from North Riverside, Ill.

* Sgt. Derek R. Banks, 24, of Newport News, Va., died Nov. 14 in San Antonio of wounds suffered Oct. 25 in Baghdad when his vehicle struck an improvised explosive device.

He was a member of Virginia Army National Guard's 237th Engineer Company, 276th Engineer Battalion, 91st Troop Command from West Point, Va.
