Model CHRISTIE BRINKLEY's cheating husband PETER COOK broke down in tears on the witness stand on Wednesday (02Jul08) as the couple's bitter divorce battle got underway in Long Island, New York.
Brinkley's lawyer suggested Cook's Internet porn habit had cost the couple $3,000 (GBP1,500)-a-month during their marriage as part of a personal attack on the shamed businessman.
As details of his affair with teenager Diana Bianchi were revealed in court, Cook broke down as his own attorney cross-examined him.
Bianchi also appeared on the witness stand, revealing she and Cook had had sex less than 10 times, and she had been asked to lie to cover up the affair.
Bianchi confirmed her former boss, Cook, had paid for her silence - at one point gifting her $15,000 (GBP7,500) so she could buy a car.
