Start Your Day with Mineral Water

A few ounces of homemade mineral water every morning can rid the body of toxins, support the immune system, and enhance digestion. Skip the sip from a plastic bottle and use a cup made from pure copper instead. Every night before bed, fill the cup with spring or purified water so the water can soak up traces of the mineral overnight. Then drink it down right after you wake up.
