* Where do you see the community and yourself in the next 10 years? I see myself maintaining my current position and contributing to the development of St. Joseph's.

* Who has been the most influential person in your career? My mother and my husband.

* What are your guiding principles in life? To always be the best I can be, no matter what the role or circumstances. To serve people as individuals. To make every impression as a first one

* What has been your best career decision? To always put God and family first when making career decisions.

* How has your life turned out differently than imagined? My career goal was to be an excellent nurse and an excellent mother. Leaders within our organization saw potential and leadership skills in me and took a chance on mentoring and encouraging me into various leadership roles.

* What is one of your quirks? I am an incredibly energetic morning person.
