* Do you have ideas to attract and keep youth in the Syracuse area? The young professionals that are walking the walk in this town need to serve as ambassadors for the area to those who have moved away.

* Where do you see the community and yourself in the next 10 years? I hope to see more great new jobs and that it continues to be a great place to live.

* Who has been the most influential person in your career? While I have learned from countless people I have worked with, it's my husband, Mike, that has been the most influential in my career.

* What are your guiding principles in life? Be yourself.

* What has been your best career decision? Working at Designworks Advertising. There was this learning curve at first when Dave Bellso and Jim Santoro kept a watchful eye on me, but soon cut me loose to make my own mistakes. It was during this time that I not only learned the ropes, but learned a lot about marketing strategy.

* How has your life turned out differently than imagined? I never would have thought that I would be married, with children, and in a career I love in my hometown, at the age of 29.

* What is one of your quirks? I'm addicted to my blackberry. My clients don't seem to mind one bit.

* What are the core values that have been essential to your success? Honesty, passion, humor, love ... you can learn the rest on the fly, right?
