* Do you have ideas to attract and keep youth in the Syracuse area? We can start promoting the youth of the community in news stories, school functions, and with scholarships to local colleges. Accentuate the positive, downplay the negatives. Encourage local businesses to hire youth.

* Where do you see the community and yourself in the next 10 years? I plan to open more businesses in CNY and be a leader in the community helping to grow business and retain Central New Yorkers in good income positions. I would love to see Destiny USA become a reality.

* What are your guiding principles in life? Be happy. Live life everyday.

* What has been your best career decision? Staying in Central New York. The people of Central New York are very warm and friendly. They are encouraging and very helpful when opening a business.

* How has your life turned out differently than imagined? Becoming a physician and having my own medical practice was my lifelong dream.

* What is one of your quirks? Cake.

* What are the core values that have been essential to your success? Family. Treat everyone you meet as family.
