* Do you have ideas to attract and keep youth in the Syracuse area? Keep a wide range of businesses in CNY. We must offer them options for the future.

* Where do you see the community and yourself in the next 10 years? For myself, I hope to continue to be able to work with my family for my family. I hope to see growth in CNY that would give our talented children a reason to stay.

* Who has been the most influential person in your career? There are many people who have mentored me or assisted me throughout my career; I have worked for people who allowed me the freedom to learn and grow within the positions I have held in the past.

* What are your guiding principles in life? Always put the effort in to do my best.

* What has been your best career decision? The decision to run Gannon Pest Control full time was the best decision I have ever made.

* What is one of your quirks? Just one? I think my biggest quirk is my inability to hide my feelings about a situation. Most people can immediately tell by my expression how I feel at any given moment.

* What are the core values that have been essential to your success? Family, happiness, responsibility, and integrity.
