* Where do you see the community and yourself in the next 10 years? I see our community leading the "green" revolution. I see myself continuing to help large and small businesses.

* Who has been the most influential person in your career? The most influential people in my career and life have been my family. My creativity, strong work ethic, and passion come from my parents, siblings, and husband.

* What are your guiding principles in life? Be kind, be caring, give the gift of happiness, and anything is possible.

* What has been your best career decision? Owning a small business, working for area ad agencies, and the experiences I have every day at Clear Channel have all contributed to where I am today.

* What is one of your quirks? Some people would say my positivity and cheerfulness is a quirk - but I like that about myself.

* What are the core values that have been essential to your success? Always step up. Recognize the accomplishments of those around you, especially the people that don't hear it often. Be positive. Keep learning. Dream.
