* Do you have ideas to attract and keep youth in the Syracuse area? I would publicize the many activities we have in CNY and use testimonials from people that participate in them.

* Where do you see the community and yourself in the next 10 years? My personal plan is to assist in strengthening the companies' infrastructure and involvement and impact in the community. If companies like SRC and SRCTec can attract new talent, the area will prosper and we will all benefit.

* Who has been the mast influential person in your career? My husband, Sam, has been both encouraging and enabling to my professional development.

* What are your guiding principles in life? Follow the golden rule, and keep a positive attitude.

* What has been your best career decision? To work at SRC. Watching the company evolve gives me great professional and personal satisfaction.
