* Age: 33
* Do you have ideas to attract and keep youth in the Syracuse area? Sometimes I think we can be our own worst enemy and need to guard against negativity. It is important to promote this area as a great place to live and also look for ways we can improve and do things better.
* Where do you see the community and yourself in the next 10 years? I see the community only getting better with time. There are a lot of exciting initiatives taking place, and they need time to take root and expand.
* Who has been the most influential person in your career? There have been professors, colleagues, and mentors at Hancock & Estabrook, LLP. Above all, I would say my parents who gave me a sense of confidence.
* What are your guiding principles in life? Treat everyone you meet like you want to be treated. Become the most positive and enthusiastic person you know. Don't do anything that wouldn't make your Mom proud.
* What has been your best career decision? Beginning my legal career at Hancock & Estabrook, LLP. I came for a summer and then returned after graduation.
* What is one of your quirks? I'm not sure if it qualifies as a "quirk," but I have a very loud laugh.
* What are the core values that have been essential to your success? Integrity, team work, persistence, honesty and a sense of humor.
