* Do you have ideas to attract and keep youth in the Syracuse area? Attracting our fast-paced youth will be achieved by directly connecting with them at their level - educating them about their great surroundings and giving them a reason to stay in the area.

* Where do you see the community and yourself in the next 10 years? Our community is growing, but still fragmented. Over the next several years, these pieces will begin to align, creag a flourishing community.

* Who has been the most influential person in your career? Bob Walsh. I've had a tremendous opportunity to learn from him. He has a very extensive business background, and is always available to help and lend knowledge.

* What are your guiding principles in life? Always attract and retain good in my life, and treat others as I wish to be treated.

* What has been your best career decision? Starting my own business.

* How has your life turned out differently than imagined? When I was a young boy, I always imagined myself as a fire-fighter. Now I am running a mobile communications company ...

* What is one of your quirks? I am secretly in love with my BlackBerry.

* What are the core values that have been essential to your success? Creating fruitful and lasting relationships and always remembering that luck is the remnant of hard work.
