* Who has been the most influential person in your career? My husband, Brent, who complements my strengths and compensates for my weaknesses.

* What are your guiding principles in life? To encourage myself, my friends, my family, my staff, and my community to improve and maintain great health and an enjoyable quality of life. Hard work, integrity, and faith are the building blocks of being successful at anything.

* What has been your best career decision? Bringing the business plan I compiled through experience in Ohio and California and implementing it here in CNY.

* What is one of your quirks? I tend to be a perfectionist.
