* Do you have ideas to attract and keep youth in the Syracuse area? Investing in the arts and the assets of the downtown community will both attract and retain residents of all ages.

* Where do you see the community and yourself in the next 10 years? Living in Syracuse with my husband and looking back and saying I can't believe how this area has grown.

* Who has been the most influential person in your career? My husband, because he's always there to play devil's advocate. My former boss, Lisa Belodoff, who gave me the freedom and direction to grow both personally and professionally.

* What are your guiding principles in life? The devil's in the details.

* What has been your best career decision? Working at CXtec.

* How has your life turned out differently than imagined? Straight out of college I might not have imagined myself staying in the area. But I met my husband, found a great job, and now see myself as fortunate to be living here.

* What is one of your quirks? My relentless quest for organization, i.e., my closet is color-coded and organized by types of clothing.

* What are the core values that have been essential to your success? Reliability. Perseverance. Dedication.
