* Where do you see the community and yourself in the next 10 years? I see us being one of the top "green" cities in the country. I see myself contributing more to the community.

* Who has been the most Influential person in your career? My former employer, who helped me establish a foundation that enabled me to further my career in the field of marketing; my parents for their strong work ethic; and my husband who has always supported me.

* What are your guiding principles in life? Always put your family first and never take anything for granted.

* What has been your best career decision? To move to Boston and gain priceless work and life experience and then bring it back to Syracuse.
