A lottery fund, telecommunications company and Hollywood director were among the biggest donors to Hurricane Katrina recovery efforts, according to a list made public Thursday by former President Bill Clinton.

Clinton disclosed the names of donors whose contributions to the Bush-Clinton Katrina Fund were processed by his foundation. He released the list as part of an agreement with President-elect Barack Obama's transition team. Obama has selected Clinton's wife, Hillary Rodham Clinton, to be his secretary of state.

The Alberta Lottery Fund and telecom company Qualcomm Inc. each gave $1 million to $5 million to the Katrina fund. Award-winning director Steven Spielberg gave $500,000 to $1 million.

The next tier of donors — $250,000 to $500,000 — includes the Alaska National Insurance Co., the Central Bank of Trinidad & Tobago, the Iceland Ministry of Foreign Relations, Alltel Corp., PGA Tour Charities, the pharmaceutical company Novo Nordisk and The Wasserman Foundation.

Clinton's foundation processed $30 million of the more than $130 million that he and former President George H.W. Bush raised to help Katrina victims.
