MARRAKESH, Morocco (Reuters) - U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will travel to Egypt for a meeting on Wednesday with Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak, a U.S. official said on Wednesday.
State Department spokesman P.J. Crowley said Clinton would leave Morocco, where she is attending a development conference, on Tuesday to meet Mubarak in Cairo on Wednesday.
Clinton is on a whirlwind trip through the Middle East seeking to garner Arab support for the resumption of stalled peace talks between Israel and the Palestinians.
