I think that Nevada is going to remain — Las Vegas is going to remain — the destination resort of the world. There will be new transportation measures to get people to Las Vegas — by then weÕll have a high-speed train between Las Vegas and Southern California. I believe there will be very large renewable energy projects in Nevada supplying energy all over the Southwest. We will have by then the water importation done to allow continued growth in Southern Nevada. ThatÕs what I see.
