Fidelity National Information Services Inc. said Friday it has signed a 10-year deal with Brazil's Banco Bradesco for its joint venture to provide card processing, call center, collection and back-office services for the bank's private label and bank card portfolios.
Financial terms were not disclosed. Separately, FIS said it has signed an agreement to keep its existing 51 percent share in the joint venture and increase Banco Bradesco's ownership to 49 percent. Banco Santander has exited from the joint venture.
Shares of FIS rose 9 cents to $26.46 in afternoon trading.
