Holders Leinster will be without Luke Fitzgerald for their European Cup title defence against fellow Irish side Ulster after the winger picked up a neck injury, coach Joe Schmidt said on Saturday.
"To lose a player like Luke at a critical moment of the season is a big blow," said Schmidt, who added that the 24-year-old Ireland international would undergo surgery in the coming weeks.
The final will take place in Twickenham on May 19.
Leinster have also qualified for the Celtic League semi-finals.
