Jack Swarbrick's goal when he returned to Indiana nearly 30 years ago with a law degree from Stanford was to become involved in the community, not be the person looking for the next Knute Rockne, Frank Leahy or Ara Parseghian.

Shipley and McCoy connect for big day, lead No. 2 Texas over Central Florida 35-3. At the end of his big day, a group of Texas fans were chanting Jordan Shipley's name when he was pushed out of a group of Longhorns players, flashed a quick "Hook'em Horns" salute and jumped back into the pack.

Not perfect, but good enough: Harris sacked 6 times, but still leads Miami past UCF 27-7. By the end, about 5,000 fans were all that remained from the biggest crowd ever to see a game in Central Florida's stadium.
