Chloe Sevigny has joined the third season of cabler Independent Film Channel's (IFC) 'Portlandia'. Chloe Sevigny has joined the third season of cabler Independent Film Channel's (IFC) Portlandia. Sevigny, who was last seen playing a transgender hit woman in the UK drama Hit & Miss, will move in with Fred (played by Fred Armisen) and Carrie (Carrie Brownstein) when the hipster comedy returns in January. The sketch comedy, written by Armisen (Saturday Night Live) and Brownstein (guitarist and vocalist of Wild Flag), skewers Portland's hipster and activist culture.
