MSHA: Federal investigators evaluating whether Massey illegally warned of inspector visits. Federal investigators are looking into allegations that Massey Energy Co. illegally warned workers when safety inspectors arrived at its operations, the head of the federal Mine Safety and Health Administration said Monday.
