Less than a week after the US Olympic Committee was fingered as the main reason for Chicago's shocking first-round elimination in the vote for the 2016 Olympic host city, its leadership was rocked yesterday by a vote of no confidence from the leaders of the national sports bodies. ``The US Olympic family has tried faithfully to muffle its deep concerns about the decisions and strategies made by the USOC Board of Directors, but we can no longer stand by and watch,'' Skip Gilbert, chief executive of USA Triathlon and chairman of the NGB Council, said in a statement. ``This is not a `vocal minority' speaking out but an overwhelming majority voice.''
