Firefighters Injured in LA Blaze

Two firefighters were slightly injured on Sunday when they fell through the roof of an apartment building while battling a blaze in the Westlake area, a fire official said the fire was reported at 5:09 p.m. in a second-floor unit of a two-story apartment building at 720 S. Westlake Ave., The firefighters' injuries were not serious, said Jim Wells of the Los Angeles Fire Department, although they were taken to a nearby hospital.
