DETROIT, MI - APRIL 20: Raser Technologies and FEV, Inc. introduces the Raser H3, the first full electric drive SUV, at the Society of Automotive Engineers World Congress April 20, 2009 in Detroit, Michigan. The H3 is a full-size, extended range plug-in hybrid electric Hummer SUV that can reportedly get more than 100 mpg in typical local driving over time. The H3 has a range of 40 miles on the battery charge before the combustion generator begins to use fuel, meaning many drivers would not use fuel on their daily commute.
