Liu clocked 13.50 seconds to win the race on a wet track after a heavy downpour. It was enough to secure a spot at next years IAAF World Cup. His teammate Shi Dongpeng took silver in 13.67 seconds while South Koreas Park Tae-kyong finished third in 13.82 seconds.
