Ines often heard in a subway that:'' The foreign little kid is so pretty.'' Her answer is always in pure Shanghai dialect:'' Auntie, I am a Shanghainese.''.. Ines's father is a German named Peter, and her mother is a Shanghai girl named Sun Yi. Peter lived in Shanghai because of work and came to know Sun Yi who was a reporter in a dinner party years ago. They fell in love at first sight and little Ines was born soon... 9-year-old Ines has blond hair, black eyes, thin face and fair skin. You could see the loveliness and intelligence combined in Ines... Ever since learning to speak, Ines was in the atmosphere of multi-language. Her father would sing in German, her mother would teach her to learn Tang poetry by heart in standard Chinese, and her grandma would tell her story in Shanghai dialect. As time passes, Ines becomes the interpreter of her family. She could switch from Chinese and German fluently. When her father invites guests at home, Ines would be the simultaneous interpreter... At the age of six, Ines was sent to Zhongfuhui Children's Palace to learn Ballet. Now, she is the model for her ballet class to demonstrate for her friends. Ines mastered a special skill by learning ballet and moreover, she strengthened her friendship with her friends... Ines still remembers that at her 8-year-old birthday, when she entered the classroom, all of her friends from the ballet class ran from the dressing room to give her birthday presents and wished her happy birthday in German. ''It was my happiest moment.'' Ines said... Three months ago, Ines's wish to adopt a Shepherd dog came true. Ines named the dog ''Rola'' which is the name of her best friend in Germany. She wanted to keep the name in her mind... After graduating from primary school, Ines would go with her parents to live with her grandparents in Germany. Talking
