Sudanese repair crew work at the Heglig oil facility, after Sudan started pumping oil again from the war-damaged oil field on May 2. Sudan's failure to agree with South Sudan on oil fees has cost the Sudanese economy $2.4 billion dollars, the finance minister told parliament on Monday.
