US Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta (R) welcomes Israeli Minister of Defense Ehud Barak (L) at the Pentagon. Barak met with Panetta to finalize an additional $680 million in financial aid from the U.S. to acquire three or four ordnance batteries and missile interceptors for Israel's missile defense system.
