Buildings are seen near the ocean as reports indicate that Miami-Dade County in Florida in the future could be one of the most susceptible places when it comes to rising water levels due to global warming. The sea level on a stretch of the US Atlantic coast that features the cities of New York, Norfolk and Boston is also rising up to four times faster than the global average.
