Plans for the reimagined Pavilion were designed by New York architects HWKN and developed by FIP Ventures. In a deal worth $17 million, FIP Ventures in 2010 purchased nearly three-quarters of the commercial properties on Fire Island Pines. ?Although the new building will have the same envelope and mix of uses as its predecessor, the similarities end there,?
